Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for customized orders under any circumstances.

We ensure that all custom orders are thoroughly reviewed and confirmed before production begins. We request that you carefully check all details, including design preferences, colors, size and any other specifications, before finalizing your order. Once an order is placed and confirmed, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.

In the rare event that there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately upon receipt and provide 360-degree unboxing video within 24 hours of receipt. We will work with you to address any concerns and find a suitable resolution.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide a detailed video and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if deemed necessary, provide a replacement or store credit. Please note that this does not apply to issues arising from incorrect size selection or change of mind.
